March 9, 2017 – Canton, OH –– As an industry leader of integrated case management systems for courts, prosecutors, and other justice agencies, equivant has announced today that Washington County, Tennessee is live with CourtView Case Management in a hosted environment.
Washington County’s CourtView solution is a web-based system that enables data sharing and is easily configured to tailor modules, preferences, parameters, code tables, and security to support the unique needs of the court. The court now has a built in disaster recovery and a fault tolerant system ensuring protection of the case information.
“Our transition to CourtView was very smooth and we had no major issues with the implementation,” said Sarah Lawson, Washington County Clerk and Master. “The hosted environment will allow us to focus on our day-to-day activities and not with the technical requirements of the system.”
“We are excited for Washington County to be live with CourtView,” said Jeffrey Harmon, equivant General Manager. “With the new system, entry, maintenance, and reporting of the case information will be simplified and more efficient.”
Additional CourtView modules are available for public access to information, payment processing, electronic filing, document and media management, judicial dashboards, and more.
