Thank you. We appreciate you.

Thank you. We appreciate you.

This past year+ has been a lot. A lot of change; a lot of uncertainty; a lot of shifting expectations. What you haven’t had a lot of is time, resources, or funding. That in itself is a LOT to manage.

You’re navigating constant change, and with some of you, we’ve been right there in the trenches. With others, we’ve been cheering from the sidelines. And with others, we’ve been standing back in awe. Whether we’re working with you (yet) or not, we simply want to say THANKS.

Thanks to the courts that are completely rethinking their processes to build access.

Thanks to the attorneys who are trying new ways of working and new approaches to justice.

Thanks to those who pivoted on a dime and made it work.

Thanks to those who didn’t make it work and pressed on anyway.

Thanks to those who are balancing the personal and the professional … and to those for whom “balance” is never going to happen.

Thanks to those who are seeking help.

Thanks to those who struggle.

Thanks to those who are finding ways to help others struggle less.

Thanks to those who are redefining community.

Thanks to those who are approaching their work with empathy and courage.

Thanks to those who are forever talking while on mute.

Thanks to those who point it out.

Thanks to those who are changing the ways courts operate.

Thanks to those who recognize that what’s accessible for some isn’t accessible for all.

Thanks to those who juggle it all.

This past year+ has been a lot. Thank you for all you do for your community and the justice-involved individuals who rely on you. We appreciate you.
